The studio apartment is for maximal 4 persons and it is composed by living-room with kitchenette, sofabed for 2 persons, niche with 2 beds separated from the living-room by a sliding door. In the apartament there is a bathroom with shower and wc and a balcony. TV, safe and air conditioning (by payment) We inform you that the pictures referring the interior of the apartments are just an example, in fact each apartment is furnished in a different way and located in different floors.

Building’s description

The Residence El Palmar is composed by 134 apartments spread over 5 floors. This building has a fantastic location, it is in fact situated directly on the beach at just few steps from Torino Square. Customers who choose to spend their holiday at the Residence El Palmar will have at their disposal a swimming pool for adults and children a lift and the possibility of using two chairs and an umbrella per apartment on the private beach. Possibility to park one car each apartment in the private parking place according to availability. NOTICE: we inform you that due to new Covid19 provisions the swimming pool will open approx. in the middle of June • Sanitization of the apartment at each change • All the premises of the structure, furnishings, surfaces in contact (intercom, switches, handles), dishes and kitchen utensils are subject to deep cleansing and subsequent disinfection thanks to the use of products recognized as Medical Surgical Presidium (PMC) and authorized by the Ministry of Health, pursuant to the DPR 392 of 6/10/1998. • Use of mattress covers and disposable pillow covers • Supply of bathroom and bed linen subjected to a sterilization cycle • Possibility of an extra midweek sanitization intervention (on request)

GENERAL CONDITIONS

1- RESERVATION
The reservation is definitely confirmed only on receipt of the “booking confirmation” that will be sent by agency Belmondo immediately after having received the deposit.

2- PAYMENT
A deposit of 30% of the rent price has to be paid directly to the agency Belmondo by bank transfer or by credit card (Visa or Mastercard). The balance can be paid 15 days before the arrival day by bank transfer or by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or directly on spot at the key collection by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or cash for a maximal amount of 2999,00 euro .

3- CANCELLATION
In case of cancellations up to 21 days before arrival the guest will loose the entire deposit
Up to 22 days before arrival, in case of cancellation the deposit will be refunded (bank charges at the guest’s expenses ).

4- ARRIVAL
Check-in and key collection between 4.00 pm and 7.00 pm. In case of delay you are kindly asked to inform agency Belmondo, otherwise your apartment will be kept at your disposal for 3 days; after that time the agency will be free to rent it again. On arrival, all the guests have to show their own identity papers for registration purposes.

5- CONDITIONS OF STAY
The number of people (adults and children) in the apartment must not exceed the number of sleeping places indicated on our offer. Pets are allowed on request and with extra money supplement. All guests have to observe the regulation regarding rest hours, especially in the early afternoon and during the night.

6- ACCOMODATION EQUIPMENT
All apartments are equipped with furniture, kitchen with refrigerator and kitchen utensils, pillows and bed covers. Linen, table clothes and towels are not provided. We inform you that the pictures referring the interior of the apartments are just an example, each apartment might in fact be furnished in different ways and located in different floors.

7- DEPARTURE
The apartment has to be left within 10.00 am of the departure date, in order to allow the staff to check the apartment conditions and its cleaning. The departure at night are on request: in this case the deposit will be kept until the apartment will be checked and it will be by bank transfer (expences at client’s charge). The apartment has to be left in good condition, cleaned and mopped, free of rubbish, crockery washed and the fridge defrosted.

8- DEPOSIT
The clients pay a deposit of 200,00 Euro/apartment (cash or credit card number as guarantee) at arrival and should take care of the apartment. The deposit will be refunded at check-out date after having checked the apartment. If the guest leaves outside the office hours, we will transfer the deposit at client’s charge.

9-EXTRA EXPENCES
The costs of gas, electricity, water are included in the price. The beach service (2 deckchairs + 1 umbrella guaranteed from mid-May to mid-September) is included for all apartments except Le Dune Verdi residence, Le Briccole residence, Cà d'Oro residence, Le Ginestre residence.
On request: air conditioning, where provided, at 5,00 Euro per day (included at Le Dune Verdi); cot 5,00 Euro per day (reservations required), final cleaning at 50,00 Euro. WIFI modem rental Euro 5,00 per day (reservation required) according to availability (included at the Residence Le Dune Verdi and limited to the pool area at the Lido Village and Costa del Sol Residence)

10- TOURIST TAX TO BE PAID AT THE CHECK-IN
Rules and fee for Jesolo
The tourist tax has a cost of 1,00 Euro per person and per night up to a maximum of 10 consecutive nights, children under 10 years are exempt from payment.
Rules and fees for Cavallino
The tourist tax has a cost of 0,70 Euro per person and per night. Children under 12 are exempt from payment.

- beach service (1 sun-umbrella and 2 deck chairs and / or sun beds where available) except for Residence Le Dune Verdi, Residence Le Briccole, Residence Cà d'Oro, Residence Le Ginestre;
- standard and basic facilities and equipments available in the apartment, except bedlinen, towels and kitchen cloths.
- all expenses regarding water, electricity and gas.

Not included in the price
-modem WIFI: on request at the booking and according to availability, at a cost of 5,00 Euro per day. Wifi included only for Res. Le Dune Verdi and in the swimming pool area of the Lido Village and Costa del Sol Residence.
